Sergio has been changed of clasroom to another one, this one a little bit more difficult. But he isn't happy, he says that it is too easy. In the afternoon we went to the Bristol zoo. I went with some spanish people, 5 boys and 3 girls; Pablo, Pablo, Isaac, Santi, Miki, Rocio, Isabel y Paula. Sergio on the other hand he went with our usual friends. We saw monkeys, lions, foxes, gorilas... But all the time it was raining. And the evening we went to home to listen some music and now we are going to make a cheesecake with Eszter, yes Eszter.
Cheesecake recipe:
INGREDIENTS: 150g digestive biscuits
50g amaretti biscuits
100g butter, melted
FOR THE TOPPING:
300g blackcurrants
2tbsp backcurrantsconserve
5tbdp vanilla sugar
FOR THE FILLING:
300g white chocolate
250g mascarpone
250g cream cheese
300ml doble cream
1tsp vanilla bean paste
YOU WIIL NEED:
23cm spring-form cake
